Vendor Support
Once we’ve gotten past the details and have the plan in place for your event, we will research and negotiate the best contract rates for:
You will always feel “in the loop” when NaeDay Productions plans your event. We believe that no matter how much effort and planning we put into it…it’s YOUR event and we want you to know what’s going on at all times. We will always get your approval prior to signing any contracts. We work directly with all vendors/suppliers and approve all invoices on behalf of the client once the contract is in place.
We have an extensive list of phenomenal vendors and service providers. These are vendors and service providers we have a prior working relationship with that can directly benefit you, the client.
Event Invitations and Other Items
We have contact with amazing designers that create unique items for your event.
We can also handle all aspects of registration, from invitation to confirmation to post-event surveys that provide your company with important feedback and praise that can be used in future publications or newsletters your company sends out.
Onsite Event Management
NaeDay Productions will be onsite during the event to handle all hospitality and concierge services.
