As Owner of NaeDay Productions and founder since April 2007, my passion to assist small businesses, non-profit organizations and families in coordinating events was discovered coupled with over 20 years experience with coordinating meetings and events within State Government. Within the 2o years I gained experience in assisting the Governor-appointed Commission on Environmental Justice and Sustainable Communities in planning retreats, meetings and other community activities. Also assisted and lead International Delegations with logistics during their visit to the State of Maryland. I was awarded the Secretary’s Award for outstanding work in initiating and coordinating staff for the Department’s 20th Anniversary Celebration.
Currently serve as the Executive Director for the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professional (ABCEP), a non-profit environmental organization. (www.abcep.org)

My passion for giving back to the community is very instrumental as well as planning events. Currently serves in many leadership roles at the Greater Harvest Baptist Church. Founded and serve as Executive Director for the Ladies of Like Minds, a 2010 pilot program launched on November 7, 2009 to network with women and serve as a resource and mentor to girls and young women on proper business practices and etiquette.
